- What is the delivery time?

We always try to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Delivery times range from 24h to 72h working from payment. On the islands we have noticed a slight delay due to boarding times. For very bulky parcels, using couriers on pallets, there will also be time to prepare the pallet.

- What can I do if the order does not arrive within 3 business days?

After checking the tracking, we recommend that you email us at info@filograssosrl.com indicating the order number. We will check it immediately.

- Can I pay by card (including prepaid) even though I don't have a PayPal account?

Sure, just choose PayPal as the payment method and then click on "I pay by card".

- What is meant by "Postepay Recharge" ?

"Postepay Recharge" means going to a postal center or tobacconist (carrying a tax ID number) and making a recharge on our card, like a regular phone recharge.

- I have doubts about the product to be purchased.

- I need the invoice. Can I have it?

Of course yes, you will only need to indicate the following data: VAT number or/and tax code. In addition, from 01/01/2019 a pec address and/or the unique SDI code will also be required. Failing that, we will have to issue a receipt.
